Where do I retrieve a parent code?

To retrieve parent codes, select the corresponding group. Choose the “Members” tab on the grey toolbar. Please click the printer icon on the top of the screen to get a Parent Code List.  Select this to download an Excel spreadsheet of all parent codes.

In addition, if you click on an individual student, you will see the unique parent code on the facebox on the right hand side.

Lastly, a parent can retrieve the parent code from their child’s account. The code will be visible on the right sidebar.

 Note: There is a unique code for each parent. This will associate them with their student.
