- Teachers:
- Contact the group owner to see if your member status is set to “read-only.”
- Make sure that you are entering the correct group/connection name in the “Send to…” portion of the post.
- Students:
- Contact your teacher as your group status may be set to “read-only.”
- Parents:
- Parent accounts do not have a messaging feature at this time.
