Hung up on a post? Our recommendations below will get you into gear.

  • Teachers:
    • Contact the group owner to see if your member status is set to “read-only.”
    • Make sure that you are entering the correct group/connection name in the “Send to…” portion of the post.
  • Students:
    • Contact your teacher as your group status may be set to “read-only.”
  • Parents:
    • Parent accounts do not have a messaging feature at this time.
