• I can’t send a message to my child or to the teacher
  • Parent accounts do not have a messaging feature at this time.  This is a feature our engineers are looking into.
• I can’t create my profile page
  • Parent accounts do not have a profile page.
• I can’t see posts to my child’s group
  • While parents can see direct messages between teachers and their child, they cannot see group posts unless the teacher includes the “(Parents)” group.
