Do your classes need some extra regulation? By turning on post and reply moderation, all student posts and replies will need to be approved (by the group owner or group co-teacher) before it goes live to the group communication stream. You will be sure to have all your classes under your control!
How to Moderate Posts and Replies
- Click on the group on the left panel of your Edmodo homepage.
- Select the “Group Settings” link below the 6-digit group code.
- Select the “Advanced Settings” option link and check the box next to “Moderate All Posts and Replies.”
- When a member in the group posts, approval request will show up in your spotlight notification section.
Note: Post moderation can be turned on (or off) by going to the group settings page, selecting advanced settings and checking the post moderation box. Teachers will not get an email notification when a post needs to be moderated.
