How to Transfer a License

To transfer a license, view our how-to video or follow these steps:

1. Click the “Apps” icon on your Edmodo toolbar to view the apps launch page.
2. Click the gear wheel on the top right of the app’s icon.
3. In the “Install App In More Groups” section located on the right side of the page, hover over the group for which the app is currently installed.  Then click the “x” icon that appears.
4. In the “Available Licenses” section on the right side of the page, click on the license and drag it to a group listed in the “Install App In More Groups” section.
5. Select the “Install” button.

Note: Any individual seats purchased are tied to the group license it was originally purchased for and cannot be transferred separately to another group.
